Tzatziki

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
250g natural yogurt
6 fresh mint leaves
2 cloves of garlic
Method:
Peel the cucumber and grate it.
Place the grated cucumber into a sieve. Hold it over the sink and squeeze out the water. Try to remove as much liquid as possible so your dip isn’t watery.
Place the grated cucumber into a bowl and add the yogurt. Crush the garlic into the bowl. Chop the mint leaves and add those too.
Mix it all together and enjoy. This goes really well with other Greek style foods or a barbeque. Try it with a lamb burger, Greek salad or grilled veggie skewers.
